DNA TESTS. Dna stands for deoxyribonucleic acid, the test is used in the court of law to match the DNA of a suspect and prove identity or to even determine a childs father or mother. Dna looks like a twisted ladder and consists of four bases: adenine, thymine, cystosine, guanine. You can get DNA from your body eg. blood, skin, saliva anywhere nearly. DNA is inherited from your parents and is always unique apart from identical twins.
