The Jiggle Test
1. Stick your leg up on your computer desk or on a table. 2. I hope you know where your ankle is...Make sure of that. 3. Your lower leg below your knee should have some fat on it. 4. Shake it back and forth for a minute 5. Once the minute is over stop jiggling 6. Does it jiggle by itself for a little after you stoped? NOTE: HAVING TROUBLES? SEE THE PICTURE ABOVE TO KNOW WHERE THE PART OF YOUR LEG IS AND ENJOY!
The jiggle test is easy. Its to test how jiggly your leg fat is XD. This means you need at least one of YOUR legs ^_^. Remember this does NOT mean you are fat >.< Please post your results below. If your leg jiggles its jiggly, if it doesnt then it not.

Lol, no jiggles when I put my leg like that, but it does in other positions. =) ~ a/c
