Pat Toomey strongly advocates less government across the board. He promises widespread tax breaks, and has helped to maintain the Republican Party's views in congress.. He also plans to repeal the health-care law, in favor of simply deducting the cost of insurance premiums. He is also a strong advocate for small buisness owners, and prides his roots as a small buisness owner,
Joe Sestak prides himself on being an independant voice of the people, and standing up to party leaders while still maintaining basic liberal belifes.. He believes that the Government still has and improtant role to play in improving the lives of people. He does admit that tax raises will be a result of his election, but they will only effect families with incomes of 250,000 dollars or more. He also supports the taxation of natural gas withdrawl in pennsylvania.
