Nail Biting! God I can't stop IT. No matter how hard I try, it just happens. Everytime I see my chewed nails, I remind myself, " NO NO DONT DO IT AGAIN," but its just tooooo damn hard to stop. I had stopped for a period of time but things just pushed me to a stress releaver, and then I started to chew my nails. It s my only stress releiver. Ha ha your dead. My nails, are dead, just stop, just stop, just stop. BUT NO, I won't let myself. But I will its soo hard just sooo hard, sooooooooo HARD.\ I'M CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
