I say you should confront her about the problem and work it out within the group. Try and get them to be friends.

staying away from ur other friends due to some reason does not break ur friendship if ur friends understand wat the problem is
a true friend always co-operates
n for the other annoyed girl take time to brainwash her in a tricky way
