ANASTACIA
Anastacia Newkirk was born on the 17th of september 1973 in Chicago,Illnois into a showbiz family.Her father was a club singer and her mother was an actress at broadway musical theatre.
Her father walked out on the family and the family then moved to New york.Despite being diagonised with Crohns disease at just thirteen Anastacia was a keen dancer and later appeared in music videos for people such as Salt N Pepper
Anastacia signed with sony in 1999 and later released her debut album "Not that Kind" in 2000.The album was a huge success around many countries.Anstacia wrote 75% of her first album and is now successful all over the world.She became known for her tinted glasses but later corrected her vision with surgery
In 2003 Anastacia was diagonosed with breast cancer.She is now in remission. Anastacia Married her bodyguard boyfriend of three years in Mexico in 2001.Her previous boyfriend Shawn woods of 6 years was said to have cheated on Anastacia despite her claiming he was the love of her life
Anastacia is a supporter of many charities including aids charities.Anastacia released her own fragrance in 2007 "resurrection"
