Desdemona

In the play Desdemona is the wife of Othello. Iago used Cassio and Desdemona as part of his evil plot. The plot was that Iago spread false rumors that Desdemona and Cassio were having an affair. In the end Desdemona's husband Othello heard the false rumors. He let his anger get the best of him. Othello ended up killing Desdemona by strangling her in their bed.
