So I'm writing here to discuss my new years resolutions. I'll be honest, it's not easy to come up with resolutions, but at least I'm trying to. . . I was sadly dissapointed to realize that 'resolutions' to one of my friends are promises that people don't keep. I find that somewhat insulting. Then again, I can somewhat agree that most people never keep their resolutions. So many people say 'I want to lose weight for the new year', and instead they gain weight. Trust me, I am one of those people that definately have gained. So my resolution is quite simple. I decide to let go slowly of my past, to move onto a better and hopeful future. I also want to become more positive, and become very successful in the Information Technology field at Purdue University. I hope to become better involved in future research and learning more about the great and wonderful technology that I study while I stay at my dorm in college. I also resolve to myself to gain a better self esteem so I can talk to more people, and make more new friends on campus. I also hope to continue gaining straight A's throughout my college career and beyond. I also want to change some bad habits about myself, and build a better relationship with my significant other, my best friends, my family, and God. I also ask to be a more patient person, and learn not to take things so seriously in life. I also would like to continue losing weight without a set goal, but as long as I remain healthy, wealthy, positive, and strong, I will survive.
