HEADACHES headaches can be caused from last night studying of working on projects in dim light conditions. They are also caused by social stressors such as other people getting on your nerves or excessively loud noises.
CONSTANT FATIGUE teens are supposed to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, but that isn't realistic when you have a full schedule. We feel like we are tired all of the time because we are never really able to catch up on our sleep. This is why teens tend to sleep until the afternoon on the weekends.
ANXIETY/CRYING in the most difficult time of our lives, we are overworked and have a tremendous amount of pressure put upon us. Constantly trying to be perfect makes a person fragile and very suceptible to anxiety and crying. Hopefully it gets better, but the worrying never ends..
TWITCHING twitching may be caused by lack of sleep or from being overworked. Twitching is also a common side affect of drinking too much coffee, which a lot of teens do to stay awake in school. Spend less time on facebook and get more sleep so coffee isn't necessary
SKIN PROBLEMS skin issues such as rashes, excema, or acne are directly correlated with stress. Sometimes we can't help it, and sometimes stress causes us to have no time left to take care of ourselves at the end of the day. School is important, but your body is more important, so taking some time to take care of yourself is neessary. If we think of it as a homework assignment, we can j ust add it to the list and then there won't be any skin issues.

Some of my other physical symptoms aside from these are dizziness, jaw pains, weakness, loss of appetite, cold hands and feet, and excessive sleeping.
My emotional symptoms consist of mood changes, lack of concentration, nightmares, anxiety, irritability, crying, confusion, feeling helpless, and aggressiveness.
Behavioral symptoms include tapping, pulling hair, and putting things off
The only way these symptoms tend to go is away by relax, sleep, and a stress free environment. All three things are nearly impossible in high school. During the summer, most of these stressors disappear because people are able to relax and enjoy the warm weather
