Info on Emmett Till : Emmett Till was a 14 year old boy who went on a vacation to Mississippi to visit sombody. when Emmett got there he was with a few local boys .they dared him to go talk to this white lady in the store. he went in then when he was coming back out he said bye baby to the lady behind the counter. she was the wife of the store owner. later on that day two men named Roy Bryant and J.W Milam went to where Emmatt was staying and they took him and put him in the truck. they took him some where and beat him up and then shot him in the head and then took out his eye.the two men that did this was found not guilty.
these are two pictures of Emmett Till.The one on the left is what he looked like before he died. on the right is what he looked like after he died.

I think the Civil Rights Movement may be different If Emmett Till would not have been killed. I don't Know how different it would be but it would be different.
