AMendment 19: ~Section 1: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abriged by the United States or by any state on account of sex. ~Section 2: Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. ~Section 3: This amendment shall take effect two years after the date of ratifacaton . ~Ratified: August 26, 1920
The Ratifacation of this amendment made women peaceful.
