The sun shines down....and I wake up today Another afternoon for me....but I will not fail, Have to fly into the light even as it sets fire to my wings... This time and time again I have gone blind...but this time I will have, I will have, I will have.... No stars will hide from me, but please do try... If it makes you happy, I don't care....I just refuse, I just refuse, I just refuse.... They cannot see so they'll just have to watch as I rest on the clouds above the angels now.... They won’t bury me alone....the light has yet to wash over and breathe life into me.... I'll make you see that they cannot, they cannot, They cannot.... No stars will hide from me, but please do try... If it makes you happy, I don't care....I just refuse, I just refuse, I just refuse.... The mountains will fall and the rivers will cry with the sorrow of my tears, As I fall from the sky spiraling out of control with my wings engulfed in flames I smile.... They tried to stop me....but I'll just get up again and continue to fly, Their eyes will be open to how foolish they were with their ideas of greed and power when all they needed, all they needed, All they needed.... No stars will hide from me, but please do try... If it makes you happy, I don't care....I just refuse, I just refuse, I just refuse....to lie down and die The sun sets down upon me and my home, the night, rises once again....but I'll continue to fly....searching, searching, Searching for you....even after I can't see and my wings have all burned off.
