I go to walk the rail My sanity being so frail My song of humanity playing so loudly My memories returning not so proudly The first verse speaking of the now But my humanity is disavow I try so hard to cry but to no avail My tears will not fall and my heart begins to fail And the feeling of screaming does prevail And I shout to the heavens asking why "Please oh why oh why can't I cry?" So very quiet because no one's talking I come so very close but keep walking The second verse remembering the past This life with all the contrast Built my view of life based on three Resulting in the creation of me How fucked up was I Wishing everyday to die Hoping for the train to come I was so willing to succumb Getting sick of waiting, I took a blade And in the darkness of my room it was made The forever burning scar Placed above my right eye so to be not far See it in the mirror everyday From the darkness I will never stray I've try to leave from time to time But I can only speak of doing so in rhyme The third verse predicting what is ahead Go out in a blaze of glory and red Dying soulless....doing whatever I seek I don't blame those three for my being weak But fuck when I combined them.... My life from start was to be condemn I'm going to die the way I want So death can no longer flaunt The darkness will protect me As I die with my smile of misery Laughing all the way Never to wish it was another day I speak the light so quick But my heart does tick And it sounds of the end that’s coming In the darkness of this song that's I'm humming
