You don't need to be super clever to realise that you shouldn't consume food or drinks near the computers
Instead of looking up all the time like me, you should ajust the hight of your chair to back the screen eye level.
Listern closely to safety instructions!! Don't just ignore them and read a book instead
Sit up straight, like me
Don't strain your eyes, otherwise you'll need glasses like me !! So at least take a break and look away from the computer screen every 40 mins.
