Finally, her friends in the hall spoke up for her. 'I forgive you, I don't know about the others-' she shot a sneer at the rest of the group-'but us two are besties again!' She put her arm around Leah's shoulder, hugging her in their old friend way. Leah smiled the way she hadn't in a long time. The rest of the group learned that Leah had truely changed and accepted her and she was friends with everyone soon. Her grades sored as she became the top student in every class. Her parents were swollen with pride for their daughter whenever they saw her. She got a new boyfriend, who filled her life with support and real love. Her ex-boyfriend was later arrested for drug and acholhol use. Which comes to show you: IF YOU REALLY WANT SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR IT........just like Leah did.
Leah didn't know what she wanted. There were too many things that needed fixing. Her life was one big clump of disorganized matter. Her friends didn't trust her anymore. Her boyfriend was cheating on her. Her grades were beginning to drop. Worse of all, right when she turned 18 in 2 years, her parents would disown her. One night in her room, she laid sleepless in her bed thinking about what she could do to change this, and the next morning, she would try. The morning came too early for her, the sunlight only merely mocked her feeble attempt to get what she wanted, a normal and happy life. At breakfast, she told her parents she needed to talk with them and she promised them she would try her best to be a better daughter and make better grades. She finally saw the acceptance shine in her parent's eyes. When she went through the school doors, she noticed some old friends, once strangers to her, and began talking to them again. They were wary at first, and then soon they were best friends again. In her first period class, her boyfriend sat next to her as usual and when the teacher wasn't looking, sent notes to her telling her she was beautiful, as always. So when the bell rung for the class to be over, she walked with him to homeroom. 'I wanna break up,' she said. She could see the surprised look on her boyfriend's face. Before he could protest she explained her reasons. He mearly nodded his head and kept his mouth shut, the guilt on his face was fluent. Instead of sitting next to her (ex)boyfriend, she sat next to her friends who were surprised that she was joining them. 'Sorry I was such a jerk, it was wrong of me, and I'm sorry I haven't been a better friend,' she said. Her friend's eyes scattered across the table's group they were in, daring someone to speak up.
GO fOR IT!
