Linnet Doyle- Linnet Doyls is a young, rich, and beautiful girl. One could say that she has almost everything. She married Simon Doyle who was once engaged to Jackie. Linnet was not the favorite character in the book. Everyone had a motive to kill her. While she was in Egypt she got shot in the head while she was sleeping.
Hercule Poirot- Hercule Poirot is a famous Belgin detective. He is a man that demands order and he likes things to be in and ordely manner. He also valuse method. The greatest method to him in solving a crime is using ''gray cells.'' He is what you would call an armchair detective. He has appeared in 33 novels and 65 short stories.
Simon Doyle- Simon Doyle is big and square and incredibly boyish. He is very poor. He loves the country and country things. He was engaged to Jackie, but when he got to meet Linnet he left Jackie for her. He and Jackie had a plan though. He only married Linnet for her money.
Jacqueline De Bellefort Jackie is a pretty lady with dark , curley hair. She was young and very poor. She was engaged to Simon, but he left her for Linnet. Jackie was crushed and decided to follow them everywhere. She followed them to Egypt and onto the S. S. Kanark. While she was on the boat she ''shot'' Simon in the leg. Simon and Jackie had a plan all along. They were just going to steel her money.
