Thomas Hobbes is a true Hero! He gave us the social contract. He believes that all man is born equal and free and he has his own mind. He has written many books explaining his theories, The Leviathan being the most influential. His books and teaching have taught us all to be free but to live in peace as well! Although the people aren't very happy with him, we, the clergy, support him greatly. This is because he wants us to have the final say in everything, and that the people must go by what we tell them. So you, the people, must be in support of Thomas Hobbes! For he holds the main belief of the social contract! Today in the world. Hobbes' work has affected us realtively largely. His ideas and beliefs were brought into the Bill of Rights. So now some of the laws in the Bill of Rights are there because of Hobbes' great ideas!
