So i wanted to make a contest but i didn't want it to be a normal one(: So......here's the rules/regulations/guidlines/etc... 1.) Can NOT use pictures,,up loaded or downloaded,,unless it is for the PAGE WALL,,NOT background(: 2.) Can use the graphics like i have done(: 3.) Cannot use offensive language,,(no cussing please) 4.)
