Take a deep breath, Scream until your lungs are on fire Pick up the bat Smash the glass til nothings left Spin in circles Soon it all bleeds together And the world is spinning far too quickly For you to tell which is up and which is down Makes you forget which way you came And which way you're going Let it all out Collapse on the floor in a heap, Energy is spent but the anger remains Pulsing with every second It simmers and boils Coming from some place deep inside You didn't even know existed.
