Types of Consumers
Consumers are organisms which eat other living organisms. There are 3 types of conusmers that are categorised in. Herbivores, carnivores and omnivores.
Herbivores
Herbivores are consumers that eat only plants. An example of a herbivoure is a caterpillar. Their main diet is leaves of plants or lettuce.

Carnivores
Carnivores are consumers who eat only other live animals. An example of a carnivore is a tiger. Their main diet consists of gazelle meat and small mammals.
Omnivores
Omnivores are consumers which eat both plants and animal. An example of an omnivore is Humans. Our diet is very versatile, we can eat things like apples, lettuce, chicken, beef and much more.
