Why exercise is wise
Aerobatic exercises are good because, they get you breathing heavily and your heart pumping faster. This is good because it makes your heart stronger and more efficient. it will also get better at carrying blood cells to all the parts of your body. Team sports are good for this. some very good team sports are, • soccer • basketball • hockey • lacrosse and rowing. If you dont play on a team sport than you can get other exercises on your own or with your friends, like, • running • biking • inline skating • dancing • tennis • cross country skiing • swimming or even walking quickly.
Some daily exercise ideas • joining a sports team • going for a walk or jogging • pushups • situps • getting up and moving
Exercise is good for teens because • exercise helps your mind • it will make you happier • exercise makes you fell calm and peacefull • if you exercise more it will make your body more toned
Your heart is not the only thing in your body that likes excercise, all muscles love exercise. Plus if you workout your muscles will get stronger and they will allow you to be active for longer periods of time. It is also good to have stronger muscles because they help you stay safe when exercising, because you will get stronger joints and that will help you stay standing while lifting weights or doing any thing like that. Muscle also burns more energy than fat does when a person is at rest. Different kinds of exercise will strengthen different muscle groups. For example pushups, rowing, cross country skiing and pullups or chinups are good exercises to strengthen your arms.
Exercise will lower the chances on getting diseases like, • type 2 diabetes • high blood pressure These diseases used to be common in adults but now teens are getting the same diseases.
