The opposite of war isn't peace it is creation. A gun shot sounds the same in every language.

You may not know a lot about the atomic bomb. Well I just finished a social term about it and frankly I am utterly discusted. Discusted at what human beings can do to other human beings. On August 6th and 9th of 1945 the cities of Nagasaki and Hiroshima were destroied by the atomic bombs named ''Fat man'' and ''little boy'' It was devistating. Thousands if not millions died in an instant. Even today people are still suffering because of the side affects such as cancer. Why did this happen? Well let me tell you. Now I am not pointing fingers I am just stating facts. The U.S.A dropped the bomb on Nagasaki and Hiroshima because they thought that it would put an end to the war and get the people of Japan to surrender. The war had been going on and neither side was ready to back down. Neither side was willing to lose any more people though. This was a dilema. So to end the war the bomb was dropped. It was intended to do so much damage to get the Japanese to surrender. I really don't think that they realised that it would cause this much damage this far down the road. You can be for or against. I'm not taking a side because it has happened and nothing you can say or do can turn back time and make it no happen. All we can do now is learn from it.
