The picture of Dorian Gray !
The Picture of Dorian Gray, written by famous writer and poet Oscar Wilde is the story of a young man and vain. Was a handsome young man, very rich and very naive. His portrait, which was absolute justice, has become ugly and old when he committed unspeakable misdeeds and that he said were completely spurious. He, on the other hand, continued to be very young and charming after all his friends and acquaintances have died. He continued to follow the path of evil and always found an excuse to do so. Finally, the time of his death, when the portrait, which had been hidden from the eyes of others, was brought before him, had been transformed back into Dorian Gray of old.The same freshness, the same young beautiful and sophisticated in so many hours had sat to be painted. On the ground, however, was the figure of a man, hideous and encarauilhado that much resembled each other, the old picture. This is because, the story of our lives. Each one of us. We all would like to appear in the eyes of others as human beings always good heart. Viewed from the outside. It's the only thing we cherish, the outdoors. But the heart and soul of aging and wrinkles and is ugly as sin is not visible to others. Appearances are so important to us. Oscar Wilde, in his history of bare, show us as we are. People obsessed with appearances. The goodness of a good heart, the kindness of a pure soul and warmth of an authentically good person, everything disappears into the waters of selfishness. Why? Why is love, affection, kindness can not co-inhabit? Why is selfishness and cruelty take the reins? In this book, Oscar Wilde took a simple story and wove it into something unforgettable. As always, leaves the reader wondering how one person can kill your own soul in his selfishness and ego-centrism and many engage in sinful acts for which always finds justiicação. A real lesson to be learned. Nobody should forget that one person, what you do throughout your life, may not be reflected in your physical appearance, but it's your soul that is heavy. Twisted and horrible and dark and full of sin.
