Almond and Coffee Cook Time: 5 minutes Ingredients: 4 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon rum 2/3 cup sliced toasted almonds Coffee ice cream Preparation: In a double boiler over low heat, gently melt the chocolate. Stir in the cream and rum; heat through. Stir in the almonds. To assemble crepes: Place 1 tablespoon of the warm almonds and chocolate down the center of a warm crepe and roll into a cylinder. Alternately, spread 1 tablespoon of the warm almonds and chocolate into the center of a warm crepe and then fold it into quarters. Garnish with coffee ice cream.Crepes
