There are two theories that states Majiang's history Theory 1---It was created by the great Chinese philosopher Confucius at about 500BC Theory 2---It came from a card game Madiao in the Ming dynasty. But still no one is for sure who created Majiang.

The rules of Majiang are compicated. The game can only have a minimum of three poeple and a maximum of four poeple. Each person has a wall stack with two columns of tablets (all face down) and 13 tablets that are face up. The goal of this game is to get three sets of Pong and four sets of Kong. You can ask one player to send the tablet that you need if not pick one of the tablets off of the tablet wall.
