Basketball Life
Basketball is not just a game, its a passion. Playing 24/7 all day, everyday. Practicing till it becomes second nature. Basketball is like a dream, it seems unreal. To get paid for it professionally for just putting a ball into a hoop, its like a dream come true. Everything is amazing. The feel of the tough, smooth rubber against your hand.Smelling the faint smell of rubber and nylon. The sounds of the loud, screaming fans, and the thump of the ball against the ground. Players legs running fast and swift as sweat drips from your face. Swish! Thats the sound when i hit that perfect shot. Its like the ball jumped out of my hand and went staright into the goal. Sometimes the game gets intense. Like when the ball bounces off the backboard into the bucket. That makes you real nervous. Do you like blue? UNC is blue and they are a very skilled basketball team. 2009 NCAA Champions! After playing is pretty satisfying also. That cool, refreshing taste of a drink. The feeling of that great workout. Playing the game is like winning to me, even if you don't win in numbers. I'd be a successful loser anyday. Basketballs not just a game, its a passion.
