Why should you move to The West? The west is a great new territory of America. There is a lot of gold mines there too. It is also a great hunting area!
Where should you go to live at? If you are going for gold mining California is a great place for that. If you are going just to move and get out of such a BIG area the best place is Organ. Great to raise a family. Also some great hunting.
What to Bring and How to Get There? You should bring what you need the most like a gun, a knife, a axe, & matches. Also the most popular way to get to the west is the Organ Trail. It will take you around 6 months to get there.
What will life be like and who you might see. Life will be tough the first couple of years because of having to build houses, churches & schools. You also might see Mexican's, Chinese, Native Americans, & African American's.
