Obesity is a growing epidemic!
Obesity is becoming a major risk for people in the 21st century. The countries that have the most obese people are the United States of Amerrica, Mexico, United Kingdom, Slovak Republic, Greece, Australia and New Zealand.
Obesity is a growing epidemic which is mostly caused the popularity of fast foods such as McDonald’s, KFC, Hungry Jacks and Red Rooster which contains a high level of sugar, fat and salt. It is also cause by the convenience of cars which causes people to walk less and do less exercise.
How to prevent from becomig obese? *you can do some exercise everyday. *eat foods from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th level of the food pyramid. *be active.
