I believe one of the higher level needs you are trying to satisfy in taking this course is a good grade (I’ve been told). From this good grade, you will earn a higher G.P.A., which will help you graduate and ultimately get a great job in the education field. I think this goal will get you towards self-actualization. Because we agree on this, this assignment will both show me that you understand how to create a need in another person or group (in this case a future employer) by creating a “Glog” about why you would be a good person to hire. Your glog can include your personality, what classes you have or have had, what your interests are, and the like. The goal is to create a need in the employer for your skills, personality, and knowledge – Have fun. Be creative.
