Body image can be defined as how you see and picture yourself in your mind and what you believe about your own appearance
PROS AND CONS pros - body image can make you feel confident, if you believe that you look and feel attractive and great. cons- body image can make you feel ugly, fat, and even depressed. This can usually lead to eating disorders and future health problems.
Impacting Effects The long term effects of a negative body image are : Depression , isolation, low self-esteem, and obsessions with weight loss., eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating)

IMPORTANT! body imaging disorder is not only for overweight people! tons of skinny people have the same issues

MY OPINION i know how it is to feel fat and ugly, but once you realize that even the prettiest girls/guys have flaws, you realize that your actually not that bad yourself. It feels great to love your body, and thats exactly waht we should do - accept it and love you for you.

Keep a top-10 list of things you like about yourself 3 Remind yourself that “true beauty” is not simply skin-deep 4. Look at yourself as a whole person 5. Surround yourself with positive people 6. Dont Listen to negative comments 7. Wear clothes that are form fitting and comfortable... work with your body not against it 8. Complain to companies about their slogans or commercials if you feel victimized by them. 9. Do something nice for yourself 10. Stop worrying about calories and weight loss
