im glad i stopped, but i used to because of my home life and my school life. . .but i had too many trips to the E.R and the insane-inpryium so i worked hard and i fineally stopped. . .besides if ur like me and have a horible problem and u wanna stop but u cant, switch to rubberbands, it gives u the same feeling but with less E.R. visits. . .but like i said i fineally stopped. . .and thank god i did because once i did it was like i finally opened my eyes to see and wen i think bak on it my situation could've been a lot worse even though it was pretty horible. . .wow this is way too much typeing so i should stop lols. . .hope u can find it in u to stop again Emonissem. =]

its not so bad at my house much anymore.... but school is another story.... i started again.... i thought i was done .... not anymore and thanks everyone for the nice comments :)

ive tried stopping i cant though ive only gone a couple of months at a time before. but i live in a living hell at home so i cant stop.
