This was a cause of the revolution because there were 5 colonist that were killed when british soldiers were ordered not to shot.
The boston masscre was the killing of the five colonist by british soldiers on march 5,1770 it was the cumilation of civilian military tensions that had been growing since royal troops first appeared in massachussets in october 1768 to enforce the heavey burden imposed by thetownshend acts
i believe the event is important because i felt that soldiers should have kept there cool whithin themselves because there reactions to the colonists resulted into five of them being dead.
