Capricorn Capricorn was raised in Garland. Garland is a hippie reservation built by Cap's Grandmother Rain. Cap's parents died when he was very young. And since Cap was raised in Garland he is a hippie as well. Cap believes that locking away your things is like locking away yourself and he doesn't believe in physical viiolence.
