Leadership
Leadership is action, not position. ~Donald H. McGannon
LEADERSHIP .....WHAT does that even MEAN??
This means that leadership is really when you are an example to someone. You don't have to be the President in school, or the United States. You could be anyone! Most everyone is a leader in someway even if they don't realize it. As long as you lead by example and not by control, you are a leader to someone.
So.. in the end, no matter what position you are in (even if you aren't in one). You should be a leader to everyone by being an example!
