Manage resources, Materials and buyouts. Create Jobs from quotations allowing you to monitor estimated values vs the actual values.
Optional feature to capture all unit or vehicle details when creating a quotation or job. this allows for a complete history of wok performed on a unit or vehicle.
Attach any type of document to a Job, i.e image files, word/excel documents, email, drawings and other customer correspondence. Information pertaining to the job can be viewed at any time.
Create bill of material temlates that can be used in quotations, jobs and projects.
Manage jobs with sub projects, this allows for more accurate costing and comparisons between estimated and actual costs to ensure that the job is within budget.
Purchasing direct to Jobs. Create purchase orders from jobs based on material requirements, ato stock and cost allocations to Job.
Capture labour by each Job. This allows for the productivity to be monitored by department and for each of the Technicians.
Use Pastel's average cost price, last cost or the actual cost of the item in the job. selling prices are based on Pastel's price list, markup ercent or a specified seling price.
