10 years old...
5 years old...
At the age of 5, you were able to tell that Jill had a strong personality. She, like every other kid, liked to draw and play. Although Jill acted like a normal 5 year old child, she disliked working with others and preferred to be an independent individual…
At the age of 10, all of Jill’s extracurricular activities were becoming more and more of a burden to her; thus, she started to develop an attitude and begged to quit. Her parents began to spend less time with Jill to focus on their careers and left Jill to plenty of freedom…
14 years old...
At the age of 14, Jill enters high school and quickly became mesmerized by a senior. Wanting to fit in and get his attention, she tried smoking for the very first time in her life. As said, 8 out of 10 teenagers who try to smoke will eventually become hooked on to it. Therefore, smoking quickly became a habit for Jill and was immensely encouraged by her boyfriend.....
At the age of 16, Jill was dumped by her boyfriend of two years and became depressed. As teenagers tried alcohol and tobacco, one would usually want to try other new types of drugs.
Believing that drugs could reduce her stress and let her forget about everything she began to take drugs. After taking drugs for a period of time, red eyes, dark under-eye circles, and tiredness began to develop. This led to the using of make-up to try to cover it up....
16 years old...
Most young people who smoke regularly continue to smoke throughout adulthood. As a result, Jill was still smoking, drinking, and taking drugs regularly at the age of 25. One day, Jill felt very ill and soon found out she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Statistic shows that approximately half of all smokers die from a smoking-related illness. This includes cancer, heart disease and other ailments. Jill died shortly before the age of 30.
25 years old...
Jill's Finances on Cigarettes : 1 pack/day = $10 Jill smoked for 16 years ($10 x 365 days) x 16 years = $58, 400 !!! RECONSIDER PUTTING THAT CIGARETTE IN YOUR MOUTH!
