World today is fighting with global warming problem. Climates are changing, natural disasters are increasing. And that scenario is not going to change unless everybody becomes aware about it and does his/her bit to save an environment. Western countries are very much serious about this serious threat and are doing whatever they can do to minimize the damage to environment. But I feel we Indians do not take this serious threat to our own existence seriously and keep on abusing our natural resources.

We think that our small efforts do not matter or those can not contribute significantly in saving environment, so we keep on abusing our natural resources. It is high time everybody starts thinking about contributing daily towards nature. You can do so by doing a bit everyday in that direction. There are lot of ways in which one contribute to save nature, such as:

DISCARD PLASTIC BAGS AND SWITCH TO PAPER BAGS.. SAVE WATER AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.. DO NOT KEEP WATER RUNNING WHILE SHAVING OR BRUSHING YOUR TEETH.. CAR POOLING..TO MINIMIZE POLLUTION LEVEL CAR POOLING OR USE OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM IS BETTER SOLUTION.. SAVE ELECTRICITY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, EVEN IF YOU ARE STAYING IN A HOTEL. PLANT TREES………….

These above mentioned measures may seem small but if everybody starts contributing a bit everyday, that will make a significant difference in making our world a better place to live. So I would conclude by just saying “ACT LOCALLY..THINK GLOBALLY” and definitely you will be doing your bit to save environment…………………!!
