2. The colour and flavour that was separated from the sugar is then concentrated into a syrup.
3. They then prepare the golden syrup out of a mixture of the syrups they separated off.
4. They then sterilise and filter the syrup.
5. The syrup is then evaporated to make it into the right density before packing it.
How Chelsea make their golden syrup?
1. They use raw sugar and through a series of washing and crysallising they separate the pure white sugar from the small amount of flavour and colour from the raw sugar.
