Impact on Society - It improved working conditions, established feceral standards for minimum wages, and abolished child labor. Strengthened collective bargaining these reforms still exist in some form or another. Problem today are the unions in some cases have become too powerful and have hurt businesses. It also gave government too much say in businesses. We still have child labor laws and minimum wage laws today. In some cases minimum wages standards hurt small businesses who can not afford them.
Pros It gave rights to join unions. It also abolished child labor. Cons It brought America closer to socialism by giving the President unconstutitional power. It did not last long enough to fully implement its policies. Businesses got all manner of price, production, and marketing restraints.

Goal NRA allowed industry to create ''codes of fair competition'' which were intended to ''reduce destructive competition.''
The Benifits on America It was established in 1933 to encourage industrial recovery and help combat widespread unemployment. It was supposed to benfit busnesses but in truth the labor is thought to have gotten the better deal as it gave unions more bargaining power and hurt busnesses.

The effects it had on American Life were that it gave the right to have unions, abolished child labor, established maximum hours, and minimum wages. Although it is not around anymore it had an impact on todays society because it abolished child labor and gave people the right to join unions.

National Recovery Administration was the keystone of the early New Deal Program launched by Roosevelt. NRA permitted businesses to draft ''codes of fair competition'' with presidential approval, that regulated prices, wages, working conditions, and credit terms. Businesses that complied with the codes were exemted from antitrust laws and allowed to form unions.
It gave relief to the unemployed by helping businesses. It reformed businesses, and financial practices. It also promoted recovery of the economy, but some say it prlonged the Great Depression.
