The mayan decline was a very mysterous mystery. Most of the theriosts believe that the decline was because of warfare, and diesease. The mayan culture still survives in peasent communities.
One of the great cities of the mayan society was Tikal. Each mayan city was led by a god-king.Each city state featured a pyramaids,temples and palaces.Thousands of mayans lived throughout the empire.
The maya established trade. The maya started using cocoa beans as there currency. The mayan people also farmed corn beans and squash, by using terrace farming, slash and burn farming.
