Good Advice for Kids and Teens

Diet Advice for teens: - Don't think that you are very fat and get ino a serious diet, it may lead to a eating disorder. - Eat until you are full even if you think you are fat, you can just excercise more. - Before you decide that you want to go on a diet, remember that some foods can give you things that diets can't give you. ( e.g strong nails and teeth etc)
Exercise Tips: - Don't exercise straight after a meal. - Start off with a shorter distance of running, or you can get easily injured. - It doesn't matter if you are bad at sports, noone can start off being an excellent athelete!
What is healthy? It's important to have a balanced diet, it is the best way of keeping healthy... NOT DIETING!!! Look at the facts below of a balanced diet.
Protein - Usually meat, soybeans, eggs and seeds. Helps with your muscles, hair, nails etc.
