Well, here we are. The 4 weeks are up, and here are your final poems,chosen by voters for voters and readers. Hope you like them! : )
It's all over
I know a girl. A certain friend. Who's always there, Until the end. Who helps me through, Most anything, Who makes me laugh, And makes me sing. And while this poem is cheesy, That sure as heck doesn't make it easy.
Sometimes, I still cry, When I think that you left. That you're living across the country. That I see you once a year. You tell me you do too. That's what makes us special. We still care.
Hate is a passionate emotion, he says. Hate can turn to love, he says. You don't really hate me, he says. I think, he says too much.
Home will always be snow to me. Sledding, rushing down the hill with a burst of adreniline. Sitting outside with a mug of hot chocolate, freezing to the toes in fuzzy little boots. Holding hands and arms and running through the deep snowdrifts at the school we used to share. Tripping, and making snowangels, forts, igloos. When the cold hits the towns, the hearth hits the heart.
You are my sunshine, my shining beam of love and joy. You're my hope, my dream, and everything and anything Inbetween. Nothing and nobody can tear us apart, Cause I am your shelter and you are my heart.

I like them all, hon. It makes me go all teary. And Gosh, but I'm not the sappy type. Neither are you generally for that matter. I think that the best one is... Well, I like the 'cheesy' one because it's funny.
