Wooden planks, boards, bamboo and straw are the basic materials for the traditional houses. The more a house is surrounded by the environment the more the natural environment delivers the construction materials for the houses.
In the mountain areas and villages the traditional bamboo houses are very common. The poorer people retrieve materials along the roads or the dumps and use them to make shacks or small houses. The more richer people own houses out of the very comon brick.
