The Flamenco has dancing in it but, it is made up of four parts: the guitar, vocals, las palmas (hand claps), and dancing. Out of the four dancing is mostly left out.
The Flamenco is an Andalusian art. Most likely you aren't going to find Flamenco dancing in other parts of Spain, besides Madrid & Barcelona.
