As the general tried to advance up Rosebud Creek toward Sitting Bull's encampment on the Little Bighorn . After this victory, Crazy Horse joined forces with Sitting Bull. And later on June 25 they led his band in the counterattack that destroyedCuster's Seventh Cavalry which led to the Americans flanking from the north and west as Hunkapa warriors led by chief Gall charging from south and east.
