on your dashboard, click on edit my profile at the top by your percentage line. then on the right hand side, you will see the picture of your bear, underneath it click change photo click on that and a box appears. click on browse and search your computer for the photo you want to use, then click the big pink upload avatar button!
i dont know if this effects it but after its uploaded, click the big pink save changes button and your photo should have changed =)

You dont become a commado bcuz ure popular with friends,glogs and glog points. You become a commado if ure part of glogster life. Like if you been a member for over a year/years or if you been a member and glogster choses you.....

I agree with midnightlove. You don't become a commando because you get a ton of views, rates, friends ect. You become a commando because you're active on the site, you are part of the glogster community, and if glogster thinks you deserve that title.

Commando is something that should be earned. You shouldn't go a beg for rates and all that. There are a lot of people that deserve it, Would I get it? most likely no. Would I want it? Not unless it's offered. Would it be nice? yea.
