Education All students can attend school, and are admitted to primary school at 5 years of age to 12. 7th through 12th grades are in high schools. Students take a test called ‘Australian Scholastic Aptitude Test,’ if they pass 11th and 12th grades, to get into a University.

Some of their imports are machinery and transport equipment, computer and office machines, crude oil, petroleum products, etc. Wheat, barley, fruit and sugarcane are some of Australia’s chief crops. The livestock raised in Australia is cattle, chickens, goats, pigs and sheep.
