What a windturbine is used for. A wind turbine is used for generating clean and renewable and clean energy for your houses and apartments.
The four main parts of a wind turbine is. Fondation- Used to withstand strong winds and has a large concreate block underground. Tower- Made of steel and is either lattice frameworks or tubuler and contains laddersfor acese to the nacelle, Holds the rotor blades of the ground. Nacelle- Housing on top of the tower that contains machenry needed to conct the generator to the rotor blades. -Electronic epuipment for controlling the tubine is also housed here. Rotor-Ussaly 3 large bladeson a central hub.
