Anne Frank kept a diary, which is one of the main highlights in her life. The diary was discovered and published. It was called the Secret Annex and it's what made her famous.

Anne Frank was born in Germany, and her and her family lived there until they had to go into hiding and had to leave for Holland because they found out they were Jewish.

Anne Frank died in 1945 of Typhus in a Jewish concentration camp not long after her sister, Margot. She died about three months before her sixteenth birthday.
