HOW IT WORKS: DLPs are basically mirrors(or Micrmirror Device) which reflect light to make the picture itself.
ADVANTAGES: Picture quality is prestine. Prices are usually lower than plasmas and LCDs Brightness level is higher.
Disadvantages: DLPs are generally used for larger screens, so depending on what size screen you want(which is usually small or medium, but that's only for the majority)some DLPs could take up a lot of space.
PRICING: Prices: Like many other technologies, prices differ depending on size and features. in the DLP case, a basic DLP tv is usually somwhere in between 1k-3k. But if you want the huge stuff prices can be much, much more than that.
